November 2008 - District Organizational Meeting and Mesa Mayor Scott Smith

The next meeting is November 20th.

This is our organizational meeting. We will be electing the board as well as state committeemen. As a special treat, we will be hearing from Mesa Mayor Scott Smith. We need to have a quorum, so elected PCs need to attend or provdie a proxy for their vote. The proxy forms were sent out and need to be signed by two adults or notarized. It can be carried by another PC from your precinct or a registered republican from your precinct.

We will be at the MCC Red Mountain Campus in Mesa. This is located on the North East corner of Power and McKellips. We have an exciting meeting with a mix and mingle starting at 6:30pm. Refreshments are provided.

Adopt a precinct program underway. If your precinct is full we need your help filling the others. Contact a member of the board if you want to help.
